The latest move involve selling its laptop and desktop computers at over 900 Best Buy Co. stores. Dell officials believe that with the move, it will help to make a presence at different level of the US retail market.
Future arrangements has also be made with a few retailers for similar initiatives such as Bic Camera Inc. in Japan, Gome stores in China, and Carrefour Group and Carphone Warehouse PLC in Europe. With such arrangement, Dell's computers will be available at more than 10,000 stores around the world.
