Not satisfied with some of the state government services in Malacca? Now with a click, you can post your complaint online to the state government. The Malacca state government is working on setting up a website for the state citizens to lodge complaints online.
However, the e-complaint portal is not link directly to the government offices. Instead a private company will be set to manage the website, forward the email and get the responses before replying back to the complainants.
Seems like just another gimmick by the state government as I'm more concern about the many 'level' of information transfer as compared to direct complaint to the relevant agency. In this case, there might be a higher possibility of the information being lost in transit.
