Wal-Mart to implement product review systems

Wal-Mart is planning to introduce products and merchandise rating and review systems. Shoppers can give rating and review the product that they had bought through the

Wal-Mart also launched a new program "Site-to-Store" recently where shoppers can order the products online through the Wal-Mart website and have the orders being delivered to the nearest Wal-Mart store for free.

The rating systems implementation is similar to ebay and Amazon's strategies to increase customers loyalty and stickiness of the website. Beside, the systems enable Wal-Mart to interact with its customer and understand their needs.
